| Lent begins on Ash Wednesday February 6th. Day of Fast & Abstinence |
| Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are days of fast and abstinence from meat. |
| There is a limit of one full meal on these days for all between the ages 18 & 59 |
| inclusive. All Fridays in lent are days of abstinence for all that have reached their |
| 14th year to abstain totally from meat. |
| 8AM: Mass and distribution of Ashes |
| 12 Noon: Liturgical Service and distribution of Ashes |
| 3PM: Liturgical Service and distribution of Ashes |
| 7:30PM: Mass and distribution of Ashes |

| Kindly keep our food pantry in mind when shopping. |
| At present the food pantry is in need of the following: |
| Tuna Fish, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Cold Cereal, Shelf Safe Milk, Canned Soups, |
| Pasta, Sauce, Sugar, Rice, and Canned Spaghetti with Meatballs. |
| Many of our clients are living in temporary housing and need Personal Items: |
| Shampoo,Soap, Bathroom Paper, Tooth Paste, Wash Cloths and Small Towels. |
